No commitment. A conversation about what you need.
The Demo Room
Try one. This is what a custom system feels like.
These are toys I built for this page. Go ahead and press things. You can't break anything.

The Real Thing
Built for real businesses
Real systems I built and look after, shown with test data. No live customer information appears in any picture.
01
Order system for a wholesale butcher shop
When retail and wholesale orders live in different places, things slip.
What's inside
Every order in one list, retail and wholesale
Build a wholesale order on one screen
Prices by the pound that total themselves
Delivery day, speed, and fee on every order
Hooks into QuickBooks for the books
A routes screen for deliveries
One screen, always current.
02
Order tracking and promo codes for an online store
An owner shouldn't have to guess which orders are paid, shipped, or stuck.
What's inside
Every order in one list with a clear status
Statuses from awaiting payment through delivered and refunded
Sort orders by status with one press
Promo codes the owner can create, pause, or turn on
A newsletter and subscriber list built in
The whole store runs from one login.
03
Booking calendar and rentals for a bounce house company
A date that gets booked twice is a refund and an apology.
What's inside
A live calendar that shows open, booked, and blocked days
Block a day with a reason, unblock it any time
Every rental with photo, size, price, and count
Add a new item or change a price in seconds
Bookings and orders side by side
The calendar can't double-book.
Every one of these was built for a real small business. No engineers on staff, no training manuals. If they can run one, you can.
The Service Model
Your system, my problem
The old way
A five-figure agency build, paid once up front
A tool that slowly rots, with no one to call when it breaks
Paying by the hour for every change, big or small
Starting over from scratch in three years
The Custom Systems way
A build fee a small business can actually afford
One predictable monthly fee: hosting, security, fixes, and updates
A real person in Riverside who answers the phone
The system is my responsibility. Running your business is yours.
The straight talk: you license the system, the way you license your point-of-sale or your accounting software. The monthly fee is what keeps it hosted, healthy, and improving.
Your business information is always yours: your customers, your orders, your records.
And if you ever want to own the system outright and take it elsewhere, there's a buyout option we can put in writing. You're never stuck.
When an off-the-shelf tool genuinely fits your business, I'll tell you. A custom system is for when nothing off the shelf fits how you work.
Plain Answers
Questions, answered plainly
Do I need to be technical?
If you can use online banking, you're qualified. Two buttons and a search bar.
What if I break something?
You can't. Worst case, something looks wrong and I fix it. Nothing you click can lose your information.
Do I own the system?
You license it, like your point-of-sale or your accounting software, and the monthly fee keeps it hosted, maintained, and improving. Your business information inside it is always yours. If you ever want to own the system outright, there's a buyout option we can put in writing.
What does it cost compared to subscriptions?
Most systems start at $1,499 one time, plus one predictable monthly fee that keeps everything running. No per-person charges that climb as your team grows. Every tier is on the pricing page.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, maintenance, security, and small content updates, so the system works as well in year three as it did on day one. Bigger add-ons, like connecting a whole new service, are quoted separately.
What happens if I cancel?
There's a nine-month minimum, and after that you can stop with 30 days' notice. The system goes offline, and your business information stays yours. No hostage situations.
How long does it take?
Two weeks at the minimum, and up to a full month for a bigger system.
What happens after you hand it over?
A walkthrough video, a plain written guide, and me, a phone call away, here in Riverside.
Why a Video Consultation?
Three things we figure out together
01
Scoping your workflow
I need to understand how your team currently does things: what's manual, what's messy, and where the real bottlenecks are hiding.
02
Defining the features
Custom apps have no preset feature list. The consultation is where we decide what's in, what's out, and what would actually move the needle for you.
03
Accurate pricing
Software complexity varies enormously. A quick call means I can give you a real quote, not a vague range, before you commit to anything.
Free Video Consultation
Ready to stop working around software that doesn't fit?
Let's spend 20–30 minutes on a video call mapping out exactly what your business needs. No sales pitch, only a real conversation.
