Just In-Builds is an Inland Empire web design and development studio based in Riverside, with live client sites running in Corona, Riverside, and beyond. I build custom-coded websites and business software, come to your business anywhere in the IE in person, and include a professional photo shoot with every single build.
Everything below is built custom, by hand, for how your business runs. No templates, no page builders.
Custom-coded sites designed around your business, your brand, and your customers. Inland Empire builds start with an in-person consultation anywhere from Riverside to Rancho Cucamonga, and no two come out of a template.
Hand-written code that handles the real machinery of a business: ordering, payments, delivery tracking, booking, SMS. The wholesale platforms and ordering systems my IE clients run on were all built line by line for them.
From a restaurant taking paid orders through Clover to a wholesale butchery running QuickBooks payments with GPS delivery tracking, I have built working e-commerce for Inland Empire food businesses that process real orders every day.
A slow or dated site quietly costs you customers across every city in the IE. I rebuild existing sites on fast, modern foundations while keeping your URLs and search equity intact, so the upgrade never sets you back.
Ranking in the Inland Empire means ranking city by city: Riverside searches, Corona searches, Ontario searches. I build dedicated local pages, structured data, and genuinely local content, the same strategy this very page is part of.
Every build comes with a monthly plan covering hosting, security, backups, updates, and ongoing SEO. One developer, one text message, and your site stays fast, safe, and current.
Real, live client work, not stock demos. Click through to any of them; they are running right now.
A halal restaurant and butchery in Corona that needed more than a menu page: customers wanted to order and pay online. I built a custom site with full online ordering, Clover payment processing, and real-time Twilio text confirmations, so every order is paid up front and confirmed to the customer by SMS the moment it comes in. On-site photography of the food and the shop replaced stock imagery. The site now handles orders end to end, day and night, without tying up the phone line.

I built them one e-commerce platform tailored to wholesale: QuickBooks-integrated payments, GPS delivery tracking so customers can see where their order is, and automated financial reporting that replaces hand-built spreadsheets. Orders come in online, payments reconcile themselves, and deliveries get tracked from the shop to the customer's door, all through one custom system.

I built the complete stack: online ordering with inventory management so products can't oversell, invoicing, promo codes for running campaigns, and a custom newsletter system for reaching repeat customers. The owner manages stock, orders, and promotions from one place, and the catalog and checkout were engineered to stay fast as the product list grows. The storefront runs itself so the owner can run the business.
Read the full case study →American Plumbing & HVAC serves homeowners in a business where speed wins: when a pipe bursts or the AC dies in an Inland Empire summer, the first company to answer gets the job. Their site is built entirely around that urgency: click-to-call from every section, a fast, mobile-first layout that loads instantly on a phone, a conversion-focused contact form, and written case studies that prove the work. Every element on the page pushes toward one action, getting the customer on the phone.
Read the full case study →The Inland Empire is not a market you can serve well from a WeWork in Los Angeles. It is two counties, a dozen distinct cities, and an economy that runs on logistics, food, healthcare, and home services rather than tech campuses. I live and work in it. Just In-Builds is based in Riverside, my longest-running clients are in Corona, and I have driven the 91, the 60, the 15, and the 215 to consultations from Eastvale to Temecula.
That matters for your website because IE customers search and buy differently. They search by city and neighborhood, they check reviews hard, and they convert on mobile, often from a truck between jobs or a kitchen during a rush. The sites I build are shaped by watching real IE businesses operate: a butchery that needed wholesale accounts, a restaurant that needed halal-conscious ordering, an HVAC company whose customers call in a panic during the first heat wave.
Every build includes an on-site photo shoot anywhere in the Inland Empire, an in-person consultation at your business, and content written by someone who knows Ontario Mills from Victoria Gardens and Dos Lagos from the Mission Inn. If you want a developer who considers the 909 and 951 home turf, you found him.
Just In-Builds holds a 5.0-star rating across 27 Google reviews. A few of them:
"We are so happy with Justin. He truly cares about his clients and is very passionate about his work. His package includes professional photos, multiple iterations and software integration. He also offers a very reasonable price for small businesses. So glad we found our website handler!!!"

"Great service and communication! Easy to work with also which makes it the best!"
I come to your Inland Empire business with a questionnaire packet covering your brand, goals, and the contract. The first half of the Build-Out Fee is due at signing.
You react to a working design demo built from your questionnaire, and we refine the look, feel, and colors until it fits your business.
A professional photographer shoots your space, your team, and your work at your location. Real photos, never stock.
I code the complete site with every page and integration, from payments to SMS, and we revise until it is right.
Domain, integrations, and the site go live, and the remaining Build-Out Fee is collected. The monthly plan then keeps it fast, secure, and climbing on Google.
Starter builds are $900 one-time, Standard builds with a booking or ordering integration are $1,350, and Premium automation builds are $2,700. Monthly plans run $75 to $150 and cover hosting, security, and ongoing SEO. Every tier is listed on the pricing page.
All of them. I am based in Riverside with live client work in Corona and Riverside, and I regularly build for Eastvale, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills, Moreno Valley, Jurupa Valley, Norco, and down to Temecula. If you are in the 909 or 951, I come to you.
Yes. The consultation happens at your business, and the professional photo shoot included with every build happens at your location, whether that is a Corona warehouse, a Riverside clinic, or a Temecula tasting room.
The IE economy I know best: restaurants and food retail, butcheries and wholesale food, home services and HVAC, clinics, gyms, and salons. The live examples on this page are exactly that mix.
Consultation, theme demo, on-site photo shoot, full build, launch: most projects run a few weeks end to end, longer when heavy integrations like payments or delivery tracking are involved. You get a firm timeline at the consultation.
That is the point of everything I build: fast sites, structured data, and city-specific content, maintained month after month under your plan. Rankings are earned over weeks and months, not promised overnight, and the monthly SEO work is how we keep climbing.
