About the Client
CEU Connect is a new business in Riverside, CA training SoCal's next generation of health care specialists, covering certification courses, continuing education hours, and credentialing for working and incoming healthcare staff.
The Challenge
Healthcare students and working nurses do not have flexible hours. They are between shifts, and the credential they need has a deadline attached to it. When the only way to enroll in a class is to call the office, the whole process depends on that call landing during business hours and on somebody being free to answer it. That is stress a student does not need on top of a renewal deadline.
As a brand-new business, CEU Connect also had no search presence to lean on. The site had to explain what they offer clearly enough that a nurse searching for a specific certification recognizes it immediately.
What I Built
A site that lets clients book completely online without the hassle. The class catalog lives on the page, organized by what a student is actually looking for, and each certification carries the practical details that decide whether it fits: what it covers, when it runs, and what a student leaves with.
Booking runs end to end in the browser. A visitor moves from choosing a certification to holding a confirmed seat without a phone queue in the middle, at whatever hour they happen to be free.
Under the Hood: Removing the Phone Queue From Enrollment
Enrollment is the step where a training business loses people, and the loss is almost always logistical rather than commercial. A student who wants the class and can afford the class still has to reach someone during office hours to get into it. Every additional step between deciding and being enrolled is another chance for the student to give up and try a competitor.
So the site collapses that path. Catalog, class details and booking are one continuous flow, self-service from end to end. The student gets a confirmed seat instead of a callback, and CEU Connect gets a booking record instead of a voicemail to work through in the morning.
