A 23-Page Eviction Help Site and an Audited Google Profile for a Diamond Bar Legal Document Service

Stop Eviction Consultants had stopped receiving phone calls. Their numbers and their client leads were shrinking at a rapid level, and the fix had to start with being findable again.

About the Client

Stop Eviction Consultants is a Diamond Bar eviction help and legal document service. They work with landlords and property owners who need an eviction handled correctly and on paper, and they already carried 80 five-star Google reviews before this project began.

The Challenge

The phone had gone quiet. Their numbers and their client leads were shrinking at a rapid level, which for a service like this one is not a marketing problem in the abstract. Somebody with a tenant problem searches, picks from the first handful of results, and calls. If you are not in that handful, the reviews you already earned never get read.

Search Console later confirmed how bad it was: of 1,712 URLs Google had indexed for the domain, 1,664 were spam a hack had injected into the old site, a trading-card catalog and pages ranking for overseas gambling terms. The real service pages were buried underneath it.

Two things worked against them at once. The website was not built to be found for the searches their customers actually run, and the Google Business Profile that decides map pack placement had never been audited. Fixing one without the other would have produced the same silence.

What I Built

A 23-page website, structured around how people actually search for this. Eight plain-English eviction guides answer the question behind the search before asking anyone for a call, and seven county pages give each market its own page instead of one page trying to rank everywhere at once.

An accurate Google Business Profile audit ran alongside the build, because the profile and the website are read together. The 80 five-star Google reviews they had already earned are displayed on the site itself, so the proof sits on the page instead of only on a listing a visitor may never open.

Under the Hood: Guides First, Then the Call

Eviction searches are anxious searches. Somebody typing one is usually mid-problem and does not yet know which service they need, which is why eight guides written in plain English do more work here than a services page ever could. Each guide is a real answer, and each one is also a page that can rank on its own.

The seven county pages solve the other half. A single page trying to serve every county competes against itself in search and reads as generic to a visitor in any one of them. Splitting the work by county gives each market a page with its own content, its own headings and its own structured data. Within a week, they were showing in the local Google map pack.

The Results

  • Showing in the local Google map pack within a week
  • 1,664 hacked spam URLs identified in Google's index and cleared: the rebuild returns them all as dead pages, so Google drops them, while every legitimate old URL redirects to its successor
  • A 23-page site, including eight plain-English eviction guides and seven county pages
  • An accurate Google Business Profile audit run alongside the build
  • The 80 five-star Google reviews they had already earned, displayed on the site

Has your phone gone quiet?

I audit the Google profile and build the site that ranks, because the two are read together.
