Marathon Peptide Solutions needed a store they could sell from and a dashboard they could run the business from. Both had to exist before the first order, not after it.
About the Client
Marathon Peptide Solutions sells research peptides online. The business needed an e-commerce website with a fully functioning admin dashboard behind it, and has kept adding to both since launch.
The Challenge
Selling a technical product online is not the same as putting a catalog on the internet. Buyers arrive knowing exactly what they want and comparing on specifics, so the store has to answer precisely and take payment without friction, or the visit ends on a competitor's page.
Running that store is the other half of the job, and it is the half most builds skip. Products change, stock changes, orders arrive at all hours, and an owner who has to call a developer for each of those things does not have a business system, they have a bill.
What I Built
An e-commerce website built for a catalog that changes, with product pages written to answer the specific questions this audience arrives with and a checkout that does not make anybody think twice.
A fully functioning admin dashboard, which was the actual requirement. Products, stock and orders are all handled by the owner from the dashboard, without a developer in the loop and without a third-party subscription sitting between them and their own data.
Under the Hood: The Dashboard Is the Product
A storefront is the part customers see, but the dashboard decides whether the business can move. Everything an owner needs to do weekly lives in one place, so a price change, a new product or an order question is a two-minute task rather than a support ticket.
That is what made growth possible after launch. With constant SEO upgrades and additional admin features added since, the business has been able to scale quickly and is constantly finding new clients. In the first month alone the store drew over 1,000 visitors and 100 online sales.
