Gym & Athletic Apparel · Ontario, CA
Monster Crew is a new company with a strong following of athletes and gym-goers, and the build gave the owner a way to run the entire business from the palm of his smartphone.
Monster Crew is a gym and athletic apparel company based in Ontario, CA, with a strong following of athletes and gym-goers already behind it. The owner wanted to sell comfortable gym wear to avid bodybuilders and needed the business side of that idea to actually work.
A new apparel label starts with the same problem every time: the brand has an audience before it has a system. Monster Crew had the following. What it did not have was a place to run the company from. The owner did not want to stitch together a handful of monthly subscriptions to keep track of what the brand was doing, and he did not want to be tied to a desk to do it.
The brand itself also had to land hard. Bodybuilders and gym regulars do not buy from a soft, generic apparel page, and Monster Crew's whole personality is the opposite of soft.
The public face is a brand landing built to sound like the label: a dark, high-contrast page, a hero that reads Built For The Last Set, and the product line stated plainly as gym-ready oversized tees, crop tops, and caps for the crew that keeps going after the burn starts. It is mobile-first, because that is where a gym audience lives.
Behind that, the real deliverable: an entire admin dashboard where the owner can run his entire business from his smartphone. One login, one place, and no third-party subscription bill to keep it running.
The point of the dashboard is that a one-person apparel company should not need a laptop and four SaaS logins to operate. Everything the owner touches to run Monster Crew is behind a single authenticated admin surface, laid out for a phone screen first rather than shrunk down from a desktop panel as an afterthought. He owns it outright, so the operating cost of the business does not climb every time a vendor raises a plan price.
The brand side and the admin side share one codebase, which means the storefront presentation and the business tooling stay in step instead of drifting apart the way a template plus a plugin stack always does.
I build the admin panel your business actually runs on, not another subscription.
